Waterhouse BJJ is now enrolling students for its new kid’s class. The new class will begin April 10th, 2012 and will be every Tuesday at 6 pm. The professional instruction will be taught by active paramedic, Matt Malcomson. The new kid’s class will be a fun, safe and confidence building environment for your child to learn discipline and respect for others. All kids age 6 to 15 are welcome. Cost is $30.00 per month. Waterhouse Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy

Matt Waterhouse started in martial arts at a young age, dabbling in many different styles before finding his notch in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

Matt found his legendary instructor, Eduardo "Dudu" Barros, by chance holding classes at a tai-chi school. Matt soon focused all of his time to Dudu’s academy and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. Matt quickly rose through the ranks of BJJ becoming Dudu’s first ever student to achieve the rank of black belt.

At 5'10" and 150 lbs, Matt is a testament to the fact that BJJ is about technique and leverage rather then size and strength.
